Do I need to pack my goods before they get to you?
To ensure your goods arrive in Nigeria in the best condition possible we handle all your packing needs in-house. All you need to do is simply place your goods in a bag, box or leave loose and we will take care of the rest at our London office.
What is the handling fee?
Handling fee is the logistical term for admin fee.
How much does it cost to send to Lagos?
Cargo sent to Lagos is charged at £4.70 per kg (8kg min) and is also subject to a £20 Handling fee
How much to other places in Nigeria?
Cargo sent to all other states (except Lagos) is charged at £6 per kg (30kg min) and is also subject to a £20 Handling fee
Do I pay anything in Nigeria?
No; unlike other providers who charge additionally once goods arrive in Nigeria, our price is all inclusive.
Do you offer a door to door service?
We are able to offer a door to door service in Nigeria and is subject to arrangement. For further information please discuss your requirements with us.
When do I get my goods in Nigeria?
Goods leave our London office every Thursday and are usually ready for collection or delivery in Lagos on the following Friday. For all other states in Nigeria, deliveries are usually made by the following Tuesday
Where are you in the UK?
Our cargo office in the UK is located in Brixton, Unit 4 The Link Business Centre 49 Effra Road London SW2 1BZ and is served well by bus, train and tube. We are also fortunate to have onsite parking making bringing your goods to us via van or car even easier. We are also able to receive goods from all over the UK via courier. Please contact us if you would like to use this service.
Do you send goods from Nigeria to the UK?
At the moment we provide a high quality cargo service for those wishing to send goods from the UK to Nigeria only. We do not send cargo from Nigeria to the UK at present.
Whats your opening times?
Our London office is open during the following times: Monday to Friday 9am - 7pm, Saturday 9am - 6pm, Sunday is rest day but we are always available on +44(0)7949877225
